What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, the listing or property details you send through our intake form, and your payment confirmation. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to prepare, deliver, and support your package. A Stayworthy reviewer (our staff or a contractor bound by a confidentiality agreement) checks each package before delivery. Your listing details may be processed by an AI provider (for example, Anthropic's Claude) to draft your package. We do not sell your information.

Where it's stored

Intake answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets. Order and payment records are kept by Stripe.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 3 years for tax and support purposes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your intake answers sooner.
